Raise a transatlantic toast and join us for a celebratory Thanksgiving lunch or dinner in Indigo. Savour traditional flavours with warm maple glazed rolls served with crispy bacon followed by pumpkin soup and succulent turkey. To finish, it has to be pecan pie. Chef Dominic Teague serves his sticky with caramel and a smooth bourbon ice cream.
